Shirley Brown has appeared in court following allegations that she called an Asian Conservative a ‘coconut’.

Brown, who represents the Ashley ward in Bristol said last week that she will plead not guilty to charges of racially aggravated harassment.

Bristol magistrates have adjourned the case until 12 April. Read More
