Anti white hate crime becoming an epidemic in the U.S.A

Although getting beat up because you have white skin is nothing new in America or Europe there is something particulary sick about this latest attack by the savages. Police believe there are 32 of them, and the attacks ARE co-ordinated.

Story from the (black) Voice.

DENVER POLICE are looking for three suspects named along with 32 other black youths who are accused of attacking and robbing white and Hispanic men.

The 32 arrested, who included a number of teenagers, allegedly videotaped the robberies and assaults and sold the tapes as entertainment, said Denver station

They are said to be members of either the Rollin' 60s Crips gang or the Black Gangster Disciples gang.

Police are reportedly hunting Allen Ford, Torrence McCall and a juvenile.

The gang members allegedly targeted white or Latino men and robbed them of wallets, iPods, and cash, the police said.

United Press International and KDVR said the 32 were arrested after a four-month investigation where a task force, comprising Denver police, the FBI and the attorney general’s office, gathered evidence of at least 26 attacks since July.

Police said victims told them that four or five attackers would approach them then try to provoke a fight by using verbal abuse, including racial slurs.

The alleged attacks appeared to be organised, with the suspects hitting the victims in the head, leaving the victims with broken noses or eye sockets, police chief Gerry Whitman told reporters.

"We have seen coordinated efforts before, but not by this large of a group," Whitman said.

There is no room for interpretation

So the SVP have successfully banned the building of minarets in Switzerland, who says nationalism can't achieve anything? Meanwhile the left so how out of touch they are with their response on the Socialist Unity blog
"Islam is as European as it gets, think of Spain as a Muslim country, an oasis of tolerance and culture in the 14th century."
Hmmm yes, paying the Jizrah, not being able to accuse a Muslim of anything under Sharia law, not being able to build buildings as high as Muslim ones, and being treated as second class in your own country. It shows how out of touch these champagne socialists are.

Meanwhile we should be more than happy with this outcome. It will help energize our struggle against militant Islam and prove to the doubters we can get things done. For a start there should be no more mosques aloud at all in Birmingham. We already have approximately 100 in our city.

Compelling viewing on More 4 Bleach, nip, and tuck

Could wishing to be white burn silently inside many black people in the U.K? Might this explain some of the hatred our youth are experiencing in the playground and on the streets? It made me think of when i was on a bus in Northfield recently. A group of black boys were sitting at the back of the bus, being loud as usual. A few white kids were in the other chairs quiet as sheep. One of the black boys said "look at his yellow hair, how could you walk round with yellow hair?" I turned and looked at him as if to can you of all people make fun of someones hair! What if there was a lone ginger haired guy on the bus i thought.

Channel four may agree to racial quota's which is why there are so many black newsreaders on their network. It is cowardly to not stand up against that. The programme called 'The Face' is very honest however and i recommend people watch it. Warning, it is quite graphic in parts, I'm squeamish and managed to watch it all.

The two part series examines the emerging trend for deracialisation surgery through the stories of six people who want to go to extreme lengths to westernise their bodies and faces. The second programme, The Face , follows three people who are desperate for 'whiter' facial features. It also explores how westernisation surgery is thriving across the globe: from double eyelid and 'face smashing' surgery in South Korea, to nose jobs in Pakistan.

Series 1 | Episode 1 | Who You Callin' A Nigger?

Spot the white competition featuring Darcus Howe.

The Darcus Howe series of documentaries have been interesting. The last show 'who you callin' a nigger?' included an interview with some young Pakistanis in Walsall (West Midlands). Their disrespect for an elderly man was quite shocking. It seemed like Howe presumed they would treat him as a 'brother'. Instead they insulted him, acted aggressively, and warned they would steal his camera equipment.

He also talked to black youth who had been 'jumped' by up to 20 Asian youths. I can relate to that personally growing up in a Pakistani area of Birmingham. Although there was no mention of what whites go through in area's which they are the minority, at least it didn't try to blame all racial tension on whites, as the LibLabCon continuously do.

Towards the end of the program Howe attends an Indian wedding and speaks to the guests. The Indians he spoke to all said similar things when asked about black people. They said lazy and uninterested in work. Howe again was dumbstruck by these comments and reiterated his earlier story of how united the non whites of Britain were in the 60's and 70's.

For a man who in the previous documentary on more 4 'White Tribe' kept talking about a people (native Britons) living in the past, i thought the comments about the 60's and 70's black/Asian unity somewhat hypocritical. The left watching 'who you callin' a nigger' must have been in sociological meltdown as they witnessed animosity boardering on hatred between the different communities in Balkanised Britain.

To conclude, i salute Mr Howe, regardless of his racial anti white outbursts in the first documentary 'whats eating Marcus Howe?'. I salute him because he spoke truthfully and without politically correct shackles. No big fan of English people he makes this clear and doesn't apologize. Is it annoying he says things that white people wouldn't dare speak of openly...yes. Where i think Howe is mistaken most profoundly is illustrated by his statement..."the English/British are finished, their culture is dead!" This doesn't tally with an earlier statement of his... "They were all waving England flags, I've never saw that before in my life!"

I could only find a clip of Who you callin' a nigger?

Tracy McConnell killing: Northfield man Jason D'Aguilar cleared of death

A picture of Mr D'Aguilar is unavailable.

From The Birmingham Mail

A BIRMINGHAM man has walked free from court after being cleared of killing father-of-two Tracy McConnell.

Prosecutors dropped a manslaughter case against Jason D’Aguilar after two experts gave contradicting medical evidence at his trial.

Mr McConnell, aged 46, died after being hit at the Fordrough pub in West Heath in March.

It was alleged that Mr D’Aguilar, 21, of Kingsdown Road, Northfield, had thrown the fatal punch after being heard to say he was going to “batter” the family man.

But a leading specialist said there was a possibility the victim died from other injuries received during a night of violence at the pub.

After leaving the dock, Mr D’Aguilar said in a statement issued through his solicitor that he had acted in self defence. After the not guilty verdict was reached by a judge, Mr McConnell’s grieving family said they feared they would never achieve justice.

“We won’t rest until the police are prepared to say there is nothing more they can do,” said the dead man’s brother Dan McConnell, aged 58.

“Do I think we will get justice? Probably not, because the system has let us down so badly.

“How is Tracy’s wife supposed to tell her children that nobody has been punished for what happened to him that night?”

The case unravelled at Birmingham Crown Court yesterday after three days of evidence from medical professionals.

Peter Grieves-Smith, prosecuting, said the case against Mr D’Aguilar was based on the fact that he struck the fatal blow to Mr McConnell and it was clear the accused threw the final punch before the victim collapsed.

But brain injuries expert Dr Daniel du Plessis stated that Mr McConnell could have been killed by the first of two punches captured on CCTV or even by an attack as he tried to split up fighting earlier in the evening.

The evidence contradicted that of Home Office pathologist Stephen Wills, who said he was sure the final punch had been the cause of a brain haemorrhage which killed Mr McConnell.

Referring to Dr du Plessis’ evidence, Mr Grieves-Smith said: “It suggests the possibility that a blow preceding the D’Aguilar blow was responsible.

“It’s clear the evidence from Daniel du Plessis makes it impossible for a jury to reach a conclusion that the blow by Jason D’Aguilar was responsible. The failure of the prosecution is another burden for the family to bear but we have to ensure any conviction is based on sound evidence.”

The jury was discharged from reaching a verdict in respect of Mr D’Aguilar before Judge Melbourne Inman QC formally cleared him.

Speaking for Mr D’Aguilar, solicitor Errol Robinson said: “This was absolutely the right verdict.

“Contrary to previous accounts, Mr D’Aguilar was the peacemaker in this incident and in his account struck a single blow in self-defence. Mr D’Aguilar regrets the tragedy that occurred.”

A second man, Billy Casey, 20, whose address was previously withheld by the court, pleaded guilty to assault.

He will be sentenced along with Mr McConnell’s nephew, Matthew McConnell, 26, of Longlands, West Heath, who admitted affray, at a later date.

The builder died in hospital in the early hours of March 21.

He left behind a wife, Sharon, and daughters Shannon, aged nine, and Amelia, five.

Mr McConnell’s sister, Ingrid Fisher, aged 44, said she believed more people should have been in the dock after CCTV footage played in court appeared to show several men attacking her brother.

She also criticised police after they only produced enhanced CCTV of Mr McConnell being knocked to the ground after the trial had begun.

Judge Inman refused a request by the prosecution to have the film used during the case.

“The case ending like this makes it feel as though Tracy has been killed all over again,” she said. “My parents are 76 and I fear they will go to their graves without seeing justice done for Tracy.”

Two of Mr McConnell’s brothers were jailed for 15 months each last month for taking part in a revenge attack on two men said to have been involved in the fighting at the Fordrough.

Police were granted emergency powers to close the pub in the wake of the killing.

Detective Inspector Richard Mayhew said: “It’s fair to say that we will examine what evidence we have in respect of Jason D’Aguilar and others.

“The investigation would have been easier had people been more willing to say what they had seen and heard.”

World-famous doll gets a makeover to go under the hammer for 50th anniversary

From The Daily Mail

One of the world's most famous children's toys, Barbie, has been given a makeover - wearing a burkha.

Wearing the traditional Islamic dress, the iconic doll is going undercover for a charity auction in connection with Sotheby's for Save The Children.

More than 500 Barbies went on show yesterday at the Salone dei Cinquecento, in Florence, Italy.

Makers Mattel are backing the exhibition which is the work of Italian designer Eliana Lorena.

The auction is part of Barbie celebrations for her 50th anniversary this year. The UK's biggest Barbie fan Angela Ellis, 35, has a collection of more than 250 dolls.

The company director of Laird Assessors from The Wirral, Cheshire, said: 'Bring it on Burkha Barbie, I think this is a great idea.

'I think this is really important for girls, wherever they are from they should have the opportunity to play with a Barbie that they feel represents them.

'I know Barbie was something seen as bad before as an image for girls, but in actual fact the message with Barbie for women is you can be whatever you want to be.

'I have a Barbie in a wheelchair that was only out for six weeks.'

The mum-of-two's own Barbie collection is set to be displayed at London's Victoria and Albert Museum in 2012.

Barbie was first launched in March 1959 by American businesswoman Ruth Handler. The doll was joined by her long-term boyfriend Ken in 1961.

Rosie Shannon, from Save the Children, said all the proceeds from the auction will go to the charity.

She said: 'We are delighted Sotheby's and the designer chose to auction the burka Barbie dolls for our charity.'

The money will go towards the Rewrite the Future campaign which helps millions of children around the world effected by conflict.

TV newsreader claims colleague did 'racist' impression of Sir Trevor McDonald

From the Daily Mail

Lisa Aziz, 47, says she was 'set up' by senior managers over alleged expenses abuses

A television newsreader who is suing ITV for £5million for racial discrimination claims a colleague mocked Sir Trevor McDonald's accent.

Lisa Aziz alleges that co-presenter Steve Scott 'regularly mimicked' the newsreader's voice during rehearsals.

Scott, a former Africa correspondent and regular presenter of ITV's lunchtime and weekend bulletins, is also said to have imitated the voice of a black weatherman as well as mimicking Pakistani and Irish accents.

An internal investigation found he was guilty of impersonating colleagues, but insisted the behaviour was good-humoured rather than racist.

The accusations over Mr Scott's conduct were revealed in legal action by Miss Aziz, 47, who is suing ITV for race, sex and age discrimination.

Miss Aziz, who was the first Asian presenter of a national terrestrial news programme, says she has been a victim of 'a cult of youth' and 'institutional racism' at the troubled broadcaster.

She compares herself to Selina Scott and Moira Stewart and former Strictly Come Dancing presenter Arlene Phillips, who she says were all 'targeted for removal'.

Miss Aziz and Mr Scott presented the nightly news programme at ITV West Country in Bristol until she was suspended from her £160,000-a-year job for alleged abuse of expenses.

She claims she was 'set up' by senior managers on a bogus charge as part of a cost-cutting exercise and is now demanding £5million in compensation for loss of earnings, damages, and hurt feelings.

The television company has branded her claims 'baseless' but executives are said to be dreading the case, which is due to be heard next June.

In legal papers submitted to Bristol Employment Tribunal, Miss Aziz explains: 'In the media industry, there is a cult of youth or what may be described as institutional ageism.'

Imitation: In legal papers, Miss Aziz claims co-presenter Steve Scott, pictured right with ITV's Katie Derham, mimicked Sir Trevor McDonald's accent

She continues: 'Hence, capable older female presenters such as Selina Scott, Arlene Phillips, Moira Stewart and I are targeted for removal so that younger female presenters can take our place.

'The same age discrimination does not apply to male presenters who receive positive and preferential pay and treatment.

'In fact, older male presenters are treated as a vintage bottle of wine, maturing with the years.'

She says of her former colleague: 'Mr Scott is a racist and regularly makes derogatory remarks about or otherwise demeans [weatherman] Alex Beresford.

'Mr Scott would remark, in an accent, "arks me a question", and "oh goodness gracious me".'

Miss Aziz says the day after she complained about Mr Scott's conduct, he put on a Pakistani accent.

Mr Scott has declined to comment on the tribunal claims, but has reportedly told friends he has never imitated Sir Trevor and that his imitations of other colleagues were not racist.

Miss Aziz was suspended this summer after making seven wrongful expenses claims - including a £5.75 bill for dry cleaning a child's top.

But she insists she was 'ambushed' by her head of news and a human resources manager.

She said: 'The disciplinary allegations and process are a sham. It was a set up to remove me and replace me with a younger white woman.

'I was devastated and suffered stress and depression as a result.'

In a statement ITV said: 'ITV does not ordinarily comment when employee investigations or disciplinary proceedings are active.

'However on this occasion, given the allegations which have been levelled at the company and a number of employees, we feel that we are left with little choice but to vehemently deny any discriminatory behaviour.'

How much does all this cost the taxpayer?

Four charged with terror offences

Four men have been charged with terror-related offences after raids last week, Greater Manchester Police have said.

Israr Malik, 21, of Fallowfield, Manchester, has been charged with intending to commit acts of terrorism, namely violent jihad.

Three others face charges of intending to assist others to commit terrorism.

They are Munir Farooqi, 52, of Longsight, Haris Farooqi, 26, of Levenshulme, both in Manchester, and Matthew Newton, 27, of Stalybridge.

Munir Farooqi, the father of Haris Farooqi, was also charged with three counts of soliciting or encouraging another to murder on 6 July, 15 October and 16 October this year.

All four are due to appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in London later.

A fifth man, 62 and from Deane, Bolton, was released without charge. He is understood to be a Muslim cleric.

Unarmed officers from the North West Counter Terrorism Unit detained the men last Monday in what was described as a "low-key operation", following a 15-month investigation into alleged terrorist activity overseas.

About 120 people took part in a protest over the raids outside Greater Manchester Police's headquarters on Sunday.

A force spokesman said it recognised the community had some concerns regarding the investigation.

Should all women who live in Muticult area's carry panic alarms and mace?

Another story involving a descendant of immigrants.

From The Sunday Mercury

AN INQUIRY is underway after an ‘unremittingly evil’ sex attacker raped a woman nine times – after TWICE being freed by the courts.

Benjamin O’Meally, 51, was under close supervision by the probation service, and had earlier been under constant police surveillance, because of fears that he would strike again.

Yet despite breaching his Sex Offences Prevention Order three times, he was twice freed by a court – and raped his victim just days later.

The pervert, who carried out his first sex attack at the age of just 14, has now been jailed for life.

But West Midlands Police is carrying out an internal management review into the circumstances surrounding the chilling case.

Chief Inspector Mark Payne said: “He is the most manipulative, deceitful predator. An evil man, unremittingly evil.”

O’Meally‘s catalogue of crimes have included multiple rapes, kidnap, indecent assault and false imprisonment.

He would stalk his victims, often hunting down and pouncing on lone women as they made their way home. Characterised by merciless violence, his attacks involved him repeatedly hitting women to silence their screams.

O’Meally was jailed for 13 years in 1998 for kidnapping and raping a 29 year-old mother-of-three who had been working as a prostitute. But he was let out early in April 2007, on the basis that he would be kept under close watch.

He was put under intense police surveillance and probationary supervision. His licence conditions included a ban on entering red light districts and a curfew.

But a month after his release he broke the conditions and was recalled to jail.

When he was released again in May 2008, the serial rapist was living at Sycamore Lodge bail hostel in Clay Lane, Langley – just yards from a school.

O’Meally was made subject of a Sex Offences Prevention Order (SOPO). He was monitored as a level three offender under special arrangements, known as Mappa, aimed at those posing the greatest re-offending risk.

The SOPO conditions again included a curfew, a ban on owning a mobile phone and he was barred from entering certain areas.

Chief Insp Payne added: “When he was released, he was subjected to intensive, sustained and intrusive supervision from Mappa agencies, particularly police and probation.

“An unprecedented level of work was done to attempt to prevent him from re-offending.”

Yet O’Meally breached his SOPO within weeks – entering a red light district and hiding a mobile phone in his bail hostel room.

But instead of being sentenced to a new lengthy prison sentence he was freed twice by the courts.

He was given a suspended 51-week jail term in August 2008 for one breach. Then, on October 21, he received a new ten-week suspended sentence for another breach when he appeared before Wolverhampton Crown Court Judge Michael Challinor.

The judge would have based his decision not to jail O’Meally on reports drawn up by Mappa agencies, particularly West Midlands Probation Service.

But the decision meant that the serial rapist walked free – and he raped his victim, a vulnerable Black Country mother, for the first time just days later.

In total he raped the woman on nine occasions over two months, including several times on a canal towpath.

The sex monster was finally jailed for life at Wolverhampton Crown Court in September after a jury heard harrowing evidence from his last victim.

Weeping, she told how she was forced into having sex with O’Meally, who threatened to kill her if she refused.

On one occasion, he pushed her head into the canal, knowing she was terrified of water, until she submitted and did what he wanted. The multiple rapist had “groomed and stalked” his victim after meeting her when he was released early on licence in 2007. After he was temporarily recalled to jail, he had bombarded her with letters and phone calls.

Chief Insp Payne added: “Unfortunately, when dealing with a man as cunning and manipulative and deceitful as Benjamin O’Meally, despite the huge and intensive measures taken, he was able to groom and rape the victim in this case.

“Despite being exposed to O’Meally’s manipulation and grooming techniques, with a great deal of support the victim was brave enough stand up in court and saw O’Meally returned to jail for life.”

Wolverhampton Crown Court Judge Hilary Watson said O’Meally must serve a minimum of nine years, nine months. She branded the monster a “danger to all women” and said his depravity knew no bounds.

“I regard you as a wholly dangerous individual,” she told him. “You inflicted extreme sexual violence to your vulnerable victim.”

Back in 1998 O’Meally was jailed for attacking the mum-of-three but he had previously been released early from another prison sentence for a similar attack.

He had grabbed his 29 year-old victim and dragged her through bushes where he carried out horrific and violent sexual and physical assaults which lasted several hours. The terrified mum was slapped, bitten and repeatedly hit – and even had a cigarette stubbed out on her back.

O’Meally had also been found guilty of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 18 year-old student in the same month. West Midlands Probation insisted that when the rapist was released on licence in 2007, he had served two-thirds of his sentence and his release at that point was automatic under the law.

“Our sympathies are with the victim of this horrific crime,” said a spokeswoman. “But the offender alone is responsible for these terrible actions.

“The offender was complying with his probation requirements, including curfew, but unfortunately risk can never be eliminated entirely. “As with any case, a review has been carried out to see if any lessons can be learned and it was found that overall the case had been managed to a sufficient standard by probation.’’

Student from Birmingham cleared of possessing flagellator as offensive weapon

It appears the Muslims (Suni and Shia) have found a good excuse for carrying a nasty weapon. A knuckle duster was also used as a 'belt buckle' according to MR Khan.

From the Daily Mail

A MUSLIM student from Birmingham who was caught with a bladed flagellator used by Shias to ritually scourge themselves has been cleared of possessing it as an offensive weapon.

Mohsin Khan, 21, who said he had been beating himself regularly with them since the age of six, had been driving to a West End nightclub with a friend when he was pulled over in a routine police check.

The flagellator – a handle with five metal chains each tipped with a sharp 10in blade – was found under his seat. A knuckle-duster was in a door pocket.

The law student, of Alcester Road, told London’s Southwark Crown Court yesterday that the flagellator was a “sacred implement” called a Zanjeer. He explained it was used by Shia Muslims to whip themselves during Muharram, the month of mourning – something he had been doing “since I was six”.

The jury, which was shown two photographs of his bloodied and scarred back after a previous self-beating session, cleared him of possessing the Zanjeer as an offensive weapon. It convicted him of a mirror-image count involving the knuckle-duster, after rejecting his defence that it doubled as a belt-buckle.

Khan was bailed until December 22 for reports.

DNA used to decide asylum claims: what could possibly go wrong?

Bearing in mind The United Nations says Asylum seekers are not legal if they pass more than one safe country to get to their destination you could argue this story is irrelevant. However if it helps stem the third world invasion then I'm all for it.

From new scientist

A project to use DNA and isotope analysis to help evaluate the claims of asylum seekers, and decide who can enter the United Kingdom, is underway.

So says Science magazine, which obtained UK Border Agency documents showing that isotope analyses of hair and nail samples will be conducted "to help identify a person's true country of origin". A DNA-based program to identify nationality was also recently revealed by the UK newspaper The Observer.

It's not clear just what stage the project has reached, but scientists have understandably reacted with concern.
In the case of the plans for DNA testing, these would rely on mouth swabs for mitochondrial DNA and Y chromosome testing - forensic techniques already used to establish links between family members, and to predict ancestry - as well as analysis of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), which also tend to be associated with particular ethnic groups or geographical regions.

Science says that one goal of the project would be "to determine whether asylum-seekers claiming to be from Somalia and fleeing persecution are actually from another African country such as Kenya."

This isn't the first time that the authorities have used DNA to try and predict someone's ancestry. In 2007, a judge ordered investigators to determine whether DNA recovered from a flat used in the planning of the Madrid bombings came from people of North African or European ancestry.

Researchers are also working on ways of predicting what someone looks like from their DNA. As well as helping track down crime suspects, this could also help in disaster victim identification, where often all you're left with are some bone fragments or other charred tissue from which DNA could be extracted.

The problem with all these things is that there are always exceptions to the rule. So while a Y chromosome analysis may be very effective at identifying what the average Kenyan's DNA should look like, what about the handful of Kenyans whose parents migrated from elsewhere - either recently, or in the more distant past - and whose DNA might show a slightly different pattern?

At most, such technologies may be useful tools for generating police leads - if they are used in context and backed up by other evidence. But that's a big IF.

They also need to be subjected to thorough testing and outside scrutiny to establish their worth and the statistical weight that can be attached to them. Even then, they should never be used as the sole grounds for making life or death decisions, such as whether to convict someone of a crime, or refuse political asylum.

According to Cress Welsing, this system attacks people of color, particularly people of African descent, in the nine major areas of people's activity: economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex and war.[2] Cress Welsing believes that it is imperative that people of color, especially people of African descent, understand how the system of white supremacy works in order to dismantle it and bring true justice to planet Earth.[1]

Singer guilty of 16 sex assaults

Article from the BBC

A man who was a backing singer for top acts has been convicted of 16 counts of sexual assault.

Jason Hoyte was called "every parent's nightmare" by the Metropolitan Police, which said he befriended adults and then targeted their children.

He attended Pentecostal churches in south London to find his victims, Inner London Crown Court heard.

Hoyte, 37, of Court Farm Road, Bromley, south-east London, denied all charges, which went back over a 20-year period.

Hoyte admitted sending a text message to one girl saying that he loved her, and mentioned that another youngster had a crush on him, but said no other activities had taken place.

After 17 hours of deliberations over four days, however, the jury decided Hoyte was lying.

He was convicted of 14 counts of indecent assault and two of sexual activity with a child, between 1987 and 2006.

He was cleared of three other indecent-assault counts as well as four allegations of sexual activity.

'Benefit of doubt'

The married father-of-two joined various congregations and was a youth worker.

"He took advantage of the trust placed in him in that position," prosecutor Nicholas Atkinson said.

"He would win the trust of the families, with their parents, before the abuse took place, sometimes... in their own homes."

He would target teenagers and "act towards them like an older brother", before sending them late-night text messages containing "inappropriate language", Mr Atkinson said.

Many children did not complain and some adults were "hesitant about what to do", he added.

Concerns had been raised on various occasions, but Hoyte was repeatedly given the benefit of the doubt by some church leaders and parents.

One victim testified that he abused her "too many times to count".

Another tried to persuade ITV1's The Jeremy Kyle Show to invite Hoyte to appear and take a lie-detector test, but programme researchers told her the allegations were too serious to broadcast.

Det Sgt Samantha Townsend said Hoyte was "every parent's nightmare - the family friend who appears respectable and trustworthy but turns out to be a fraud".

"His actions had an enormous impact on the communities who welcomed him and saw him as one of their own," she added.

Hoyte was remanded in custody and will be sentenced on 11 December.

Birmingham city council cause chaos with christmas lights switch on

From the evening mail

SIXTY people were injured, four of them seriously, as Birmingham’s Christmas Lights celebration ended in terrifying scenes of chaos last night.

Frustrated fans, angry that they could not get into a free pop concert by X Factor favourites JLS at Millennium Point, stormed security barriers and broke through police lines, throwing bottles, coins and punches.

The resulting crush trapped members of the 20,000-strong audience at the front of the stage. Youngsters had to be helped from the crowd, some passed hand-to-hand over the heads of fans.

Paramedics and first-aiders treated the walking wounded at the scene, but some victims – one of them strapped to a spinal board – had to be taken to hospital by a fleet of ambulances.

Worried council chiefs immediately pulled the plug on the event, which had run for just an hour of the planned five and a half hours, fearing that people could be crushed to death.

Councillor Martin Mullaney, cabinet member for leisure, sport and culture, said at one stage: “This is Hillsborough all over again.”

The star-studded event had been billed as a family day, with a pop concert featuring 14 acts, a funfair and the switching on of the city’s Christmas Lights by chart stars Sugababes.

Instead it turned into a nightmare.

Large numbers of people were treated in a makeshift medical area, including a woman in her 30s who suffered severe crush injuries to her pelvis, shoulder and leg. Four people suffered fractured bones.

Eye-witnesses said that a disabled woman was pushed out of her wheelchair, and the chair was then trampled on by fans.

BNP says remembrance wreath was not meant to offend Sikh community

The wreath the mail mentions was placed by Birmingham BNP before any others including the Sikh one. Birmingham BNP have been laying a wreath in Birmingham on remembrance day for the past four years. It was the first year a Sikh one was amongst them. The mail also fails to mention that the wreath was dedicated to British AND commonwealth forces. Finally the Sikh community has stood shoulder to shoulder with Birmingham BNP when protesting about a mosque being implemented in Billsley by stealth. ic1male

Article from the evening mail

A SENIOR BNP official has sprung to the defence of his party after a BNP wreath was laid among Sikh tributes at a Birmingham Remembrance ceremony.

Richard Lumby, sub regional organiser for the West Midlands, said the laurel was not deliberately placed alongside those laid by the city’s Sikh temples and was never designed to insult anybody.

Mr Lumby said the tribute delivered by the party, which restricts membership to white-only British citizens, was moved inside the Hall of Memory during the Remembrance Day service in Centenary Square by unsuspecting soldiers involved in the ceremony.

“We certainly did not mean to insult anyone,” he said. “We would not go out of our way to do that.

“They (the Sikh community) have every right to be there as they fought alongside our soldiers and we were not looking cause them insult.”

Mr Lumby added the party always laid wreathes at the service in Birmingham and it played an active part in proceedings.

Arkansas Anchorwoman’s Face Shattered ‘Like an Egg’ During Attack

Another heart renching article from the American Renaissance

One blow ruined her smile and others crushed the middle of her face, but the attack on television personality Anne Pressly (pictured right) didn’t end until after her jaw was forced to the back of her head and cut off blood flow to her brain, a medical examiner said Tuesday.

Prosecutors rested their capital murder case against Curtis Lavelle Vance (pictured left), 29, after testimony from the state’s deputy medical examiner, who spoke about Pressly’s final moments of consciousness.

Vance, of Marianna, has pleaded not guilty to murder, rape and burglary. If convicted, he could face the death penalty.

Dr. Stephen Erickson said an examination of Pressly’s body after her death revealed that her face shattered “like an egg” during the attack. “I could feel crunchiness” while examining Pressly’s face, he said. A photo he used showed her nose pushed to one side.

Erickson said some type of object likely was used during the attack—the butt of a pistol or perhaps some type of club.

Pressly, the co-host of a morning TV show who had a bit part in the President Bush biopic “W,” was hit so hard that a tooth—root intact—flew to her bedroom floor. Another blow crushed bones in the middle of her face. Another shoved her jaw backward, leaving her brain starved for blood.

Pressly, 26, was attacked early Oct. 20, 2008, at her home in Little Rock. Her mother, unable to reach Pressly by telephone, found her daughter shortly before she was due on KATV’s “Daybreak” program.

Erickson said it was possible that Pressly felt pain even after the attack—even if she couldn’t have responded to anyone.

Erickson said Pressly had injuries consistent with being raped. Defense lawyer Katherine Street, however, questioned whether they could have been caused by a medical examination. Erickson said it was possible, but said it appeared they were inflicted about the time of the attack.

On a tape played for jurors Monday, Vance told a police detective that he beat Pressly with a piece of wood that he found in her backyard—but never explained why. “I lose control, she lose control,” Vance said in the February interview.

Police witnesses said DNA evidence linked Vance to Pressly’s death and to a Marianna rape case in which he has pleaded not guilty.

Man beaten with belts in cinema row

Article from The Echo (Essex)

A MAN was left needing surgery after a gang viciously whipped him with their belts following a row inside a cinema.

The 41-year-old victim had taken his girlfriend to watch the late night screening of film Saw VI at the Vue, off The Boardwalk in Lakeside shopping centre.

During the film the pair had an argument with a couple sitting behind them. When the movie finished the couple left for their car but were surrounded by a large gang, made up of men and women.

The men removed their belts and started laying into their victim.

The brutal assault left the man with severe injuries to his arm. He was taken to hospital where surgeons operated on him and inserted a metal plate.

His girlfriend suffered shock and minor injuries.

Detectives have now launched a probe into the attack and are appealing for witnesses.

Investigating officer Det Con Nick Phillips, of Grays CID, said: “We’re looking for any audience members who may have seen the altercation inside the cinema and also anyone who may have seen the fight outside.

“This is a highly unusual event and so would have caught the attention of passers-by.

“The attack was a sustained one and has shocked us.”

All of the attackers were black. One wore a black T-shirt and black jeans, while another was wore a striped T-shirt.

One of the women wore a brown leather jacket.

Witnesses to the attack, which took place shortly after midnight on Saturday October 24, should call police at Grays on 0300 3334444

Black teenager throws glass bottle at BNP activists

Article from The London Patriot

I am very angry, I was a victim of a violent attack on Thursday the 5th of November 2009.

While waiting at Becontree station at 7 PM with Richard Barnbrook and 2 other BNP activists to start leafleting the area, on the other side of the road behind a plastic barrier (roadworks), there were roughly 12-15 black teenage guys loitering on the footpath. I think someone recognised Mr Barnbrook, one of them threw a glass bottle at us and it missed me by a few inches. After a few minutes of abuse from them a few went to the station, jumped the barrier without a ticket and the others ran away. Mr Barnbrook had called the police, who arrived 10-20 minutes later and tried (sic) to catch them in the tube.
Someone could have been badly injured and I am incandescent with rage.

I suspect that with news Nick Griffin may stand in B & D as a BNP candidate for the constituency, these attacks will grow in intensity. NuLabour has an awful lot to answer for.

They know the BNP has a very good chance of taking control in Barking & Dagenham and they clearly want to stop us by any means neccesary, as debate does not suit them, then physical violence is their preferred option.

They not only tolerate, but also push people from every ethnic background to intimidate and attack us with the clear aim of scaring our members and supporters (how wrong can they be?)
I’m also sure pressure is put on teachers to encourage students that anti-social behaviour and physical violence are tolerated so long as the targets are BNP activists.
Therefore, I lay blame at the feet of NuLabour and the other politicians of the Tripartite Alliance for this behaviour, and I urge every nationalist to vent his/her anger on our elected politicians.
A good start would be to complain to every Barking & Dagenham councillor ( except BNP ones of course.

2 more anti white racist attacks in as many days

Teen badly hurt in 'racist' attack... (Dewsbery)

A TEENAGE boy was knocked unconscious with a house brick, stabbed with a screwdriver and “left for dead” in a vicious race attack.

Joseph Haigh, 14, was savagely beaten by the gang of up to 15 Asian youths in Thornhill on Friday night.

The gang hurled racist abuse at him, constantly referring to the colour of his skin, yet police refused to classify the attack as racially-motivated.

Joseph’s dad Jonathan, 42, of Thornhill, said: “It was a racist attack.

“They were calling him ‘white trash’ and white this, that and the other.

“This is why people are angry about what is happening in this country.

“If it had been an attack by whites on an Asian lad it would have been a definite race attack. When it’s the other way round they don’t want to know.”

Joseph was out with his friends at around 9pm on Friday near Thornhill’s Rectory Park when the gang of Asians, said to be aged 18-20, came at them.

Joseph’s friends scattered and Joseph tried to make off on his bike, only to be confronted by one of the thugs who smashed him in the head with half a brick.

Mr Haigh, a lorry driver, told how that blow knocked his son unconscious and he instinctively put his hands over his face to protect himself.

Another youth lunged at him with a screwdriver while others kicked and punched him about the head.

Mr Haigh said: “They went to stab him in the face and it was only because he had his hands up that they missed.

“He was stabbed in one hand, his other hand was broken and a cut on his forehead was down to the bone.

“If they had hit him a bit harder with the house brick they could have killed him.

“They just left him for dead.”

Joseph’s teeth were also badly damaged and he may lose a tooth. His teeth were wired and he needed specialist treatment at the trauma unit at Leeds General Infirmary.

One of Joseph’s friends raised the alarm and when Mr Haigh arrived his son was laid out in a bus shelter covered in blood.

Joseph’s bike was also missing and was believed to have been stolen by the gang.

Joseph was off school all week and tensions were said to be running high at Thornhill Community Science College.

“It’s shocking what’s happened,” said Mr Haigh. “I have lived in Thornhill all my life and there were fights between whites and Asians 20 years ago. But this wasn’t braying someone and giving them a black eye, it was a vicious attack.

“You don’t go out with a house brick and a screwdriver if you’re not going to seriously hurt someone.”

Mr Haigh, who has a wife Stacey, 40, and another son James, 19, said he wanted out of Dewsbury.

“It used to be a good, thriving town but Dewsbury has got nothing to offer us anymore.”

A police spokesman said the initial police report had not classified the attack as racially-motivated but inquiries were continuing.

Insp Jenny Thompson, of Dewsbury police, said: “This was a vicious, unprovoked attack on a young boy which left him with some serious injuries.

“This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated within Dewsbury and we will be focusing extra patrols around the area as part of on-going work.

“The CID department are currently following some positive lines of inquiry. However I would still appeal for any witnesses or anyone with information to contact Dewsbury CID on 01924 431085 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111.

Fresh attacks in ‘no go area’ that isn’t...

POLICE have insisted that Savile Town is not a “no-go area” despite two more reported attacks over the weekend.

On Saturday night a white teenage boy was attacked and beaten by a gang of Asians, some wearing masks.

The victim, thought to be about 18, was walking in Savile Road, near the old cricket ground, when he was followed by a gang of about 10 Asian youths, all wearing hoodies.

A couple driving past saw the gang following the boy and became suspicious.

By the time they had turned round the victim had been knocked to the ground and was being kicked.

The woman, aged 41, and her partner, who is 44, forced the attackers to run off.

The victim, who was bleeding from the nose, didn’t want to report the attack but the couple insisted on calling police. Officers arrived quickly and took the boy home.

The woman, who lives in Thornhill Lees, said the boy told them the gang had followed him and told him to “run”.

When he tried to ignore them they came after him and one said: “No one walks through Savile Town.”

The woman said: “If we hadn’t stopped I don’t know what would have happened.

“We wanted to make sure it was reported to the police and put down as a racist attack because that was what it was.”

That attack happened at 9.10pm on Saturday and at 4.10pm on Sunday police were called to reports of Asian youths throwing stones at passing cars in Savile Road.

Andy Cutler, 36, of Thornhill, told how his car was targeted by the yobs. He pulled up and phoned police.

While he did so another driver, also white, stopped and said the same had happened to him.

“They were just targeting white drivers,” said Mr Cutler. “As far as I’m concerned it’s racist and it needs to be reported.”

The Press has reported several incidents in Savile Town recently.

Last week we told how Robert Dyson was attacked by an Asian gang as he walked home in Savile Road.

Mr Dyson needed hospital treatment for serious cuts to his ear and nose.

Insp Jenny Thompson, of Dewsbury police, said: “Each of the incidents which have occurred recently in Savile Town are currently being dealt with in isolation.

“I can reassure residents that we are thoroughly investigating each of these matters along with any perceived racial motivation behind them.

“Savile Town is not a ‘no-go’ area and it would be unhelpful to label it in this way.

“We will be continuing to patrol the Savile Town area with our increased patrols to ensure people’s safety and identify the culprits.

“Those found to be involved in any of these offences will be dealt with swiftly and appropriately.”

Sweden to pay more asylum seekers to leave

Article from the Local Swedish news in English

Sweden has decided to expand a programme which gives unsuccessful asylum seekers money to voluntarily return to their homelands, at the same time as the number of refugee applications continues to drop.

For the past two years, citizens from Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, as well as from the West Bank and Gaza who have had their asylum claims rejected have been able to apply for funds from the Swedish Migration Board (Migrationsverket) to help pay for the return trip home.

“We’ve had this option for nearly two years and have been reviewing it along the way, and based on that we’ve chosen to go ahead and open it up to more countries,” Caroline Henjered, head of the agency’s division for asylum reception, told the TT news agency.

Since November 1st, an additional 20 countries have been added to the programme. Most of the countries are in Africa, but asylum seekers from parts of Russia and Kosovo can now also apply for the repatriation funds.

Migration authorities estimate that around 18,000 repatriation cases will be carried out in 2009. About 42 percent of cases are expected to end in voluntary return, with Iraqis making up the bulk of those willing to return on their own.

At the same time, about 10,000 cases will likely be handed over to police, who will then be charged with carrying out deportation orders for people who are unwilling to leave Sweden after having their applications for refugee status rejected.

According to a recent report from the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), 10,000 asylum seekers came to Sweden in the first six months of 2009, down from 12,000 applications during the first half of 2008, Sveriges Radio (SR) reports.

Nevertheless, Sweden still receives the highest number of asylum requests of all the Nordic countries.

The Migration Board hopes expanding the repatriation assistance programme will increase the number of people willing to return to their homelands voluntarily and has set a goal of boosting the number of voluntary repatriation cases to 47 percent.

“We’re doing this because we’ve seen that it brings results,” said Henjered.

According to Henjered, it’s possible that even more countries will be added to the programme.

“We're not against expanding things further in the future,” he said.

Through August, the agency has handed around 7,000 cases to the police, with about 56 percent of them thought to involve people who have decided to go underground to avoid deportation.

The Migration Board hopes that by allowing unsuccessful asylum seekers from more countries to apply for repatriation funds, it can also lower the number of people who go into hiding.

“Our main objective – and what we’ve already seen from the evaluations we’ve done so far – is to have fewer cases handed over to the police in relation to our total number of cases,” said Henjered.

The cost of the current repatriation assistance programme is calculated to be between 40 and 50 million kronor ($5.7 to 7.2 million).

However, it remains unclear how much costs may increase after more countries are added to the programme, or how the costs would compare with those incurred by having the people remain in Sweden.

“Off the top of my head, I’d guess that it won’t be cheaper or more expensive,” said Henjered.

Denmark boosts cash incentive to immigrants to return home

Article from Deutsche Welle

The Danish government will increase the amount of money it offers to immigrants to resettle in their country of origin, officials announced on Monday.

Immigrants who voluntarily leave Denmark for good will now receive a payout of 100,000 kroner (13,450 euros, or $20,130 ), up from the 11,000 kroner offered since the financial-incentive plan was introduced in 1997.

"We thought it was important to substantially increase this aid so that immigrants who want to return home because they are not able to adapt to Danish society have a strong financial basis to start a new life," foreign affairs spokesman Soeren Espersen of the far-right Danish People's Party (DPP) told AFP.

The offer is aimed at immigrants and refugees who "cannot or do not want to integrate into Danish society," the head of the DPP's parliamentary group, Kristian Tuelesen Dahl, told reporters on Sunday.

The center-right minority government reached an agreement on the financial incentive with the far-right DPP as part of its 2010 budget negotiations.

In addition, 20 million kroner will be set aside for city councils in charge of integrating immigrants to "motivate" foreigners to return to their homelands.

Opposition parties are said to be shocked by the news, and fear it sends the message that foreigners are not welcome in Denmark.

Since 1997, around 2,524 immigrants have voluntarily repatriated to their home countries, according to Denmark's refugee, immigrant and integration ministry. Most of them were from the former Yugoslavia, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Somalia and Turkey.

Immigrants account for about 7.3 percent of Denmark's population of 5.5 million.,,4875040,00.html

Miss England steps down after arrest

7th Debbie O'Toole, 5th Anna Watts, 2nd Kate Hodge

Recently nominated Miss England was criticised at the time with being awarded the title on a p.c ticket. Rachael Cristie beat 14 other entries without collecting more votes. Rachael was one of only two non white girls who entered the competition. Now she has stepped sown after 'blowing her top' in a night club.

From the Independent
Miss England Rachel Christie has relinquished her crown after being arrested on suspicion of a nightclub assault sparked by a row over a TV gladiator.

A statement from Miss England organisers said Miss Christie, 21, wanted to concentrate on clearing her name.

Miss Christie became involved in a dispute with another beauty queen, Miss Manchester, aka Sara Beverley Jones, at a Manchester night-spot earlier this week.

Miss Jones, 24, was allegedly punched in the face after arguing about Tornado, a gladiator who appears in the Sky1 series and whose real name is David McIntosh.

It is believed that Miss Jones, a club promoter and would-be actress, is an ex-girlfriend of Mr McIntosh and Miss Christie is his current partner.

Miss Christie was the first black woman to be crowned Miss England and is also a heptathlete who hopes to win a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics.

Mr McIntosh, 22, from Altrincham, Cheshire, is a 15 stone former Royal Marine Commando who cites Rambo as his inspiration and says he would be a gorilla or polar bear if he was an animal.

A statement from Miss England organisers said: "Due to the media attention following the allegations against her, Rachel Christie has now decided to withdraw from the Miss World competition and relinquish her Miss England crown.

"Rachel will concentrate on clearing her name and focus on training for the 2012 Olympics until this case is resolved.

"Rachel is very upset about the matter and the Miss England organiser Angie Beasley and Miss World Chairman Julia Morley will support Rachel and are behind Rachel with her Olympic training."

A further statement from Miss England organisers about how they plan to proceed is expected within the next day.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have previously confirmed they were called to the Mansion nightclub off Deansgate shortly before 1am on Monday.

A GMP spokesman said: "It is believed that, earlier that night, a 24-year-old woman got into an altercation with another woman in the club and was hit in the face several times.

"The victim was taken to Hope Hospital where she received treatment for superficial facial injuries. She has now been discharged."

Miss Christie was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed until January 2010.

Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to call Greater Manchester Police on 0161 872 5050 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Cadburys under pressure

Article from the Evening mail

Cadbury will today discover if it is to be the subject of a hostile takeover approach by Kraft Foods.

The US suiter has until 5pm today to make an offer or walk away until next Easter but it is believed that Cadbury will vociferously resist the approach.

Kraft’s original approach was worth 745 pence per Cadbury share, though the cash-and-stock offer has since declined in value because of a drop in the value of Kraft’s shares which posted weak third quarter results last week - numbers that are believed to have hardened Cadbury’s major shareholders’ resolve to fight off Kraft’s attentions.

Shares in Cadbury have risen about 30 per cent since late August, and are now 758p a share and Cadbury has said the original Kraft offer “fundamentally undervalued” the firm and that it would prefer to remain independent. It is thought that 820p a share would be the minimum starting point for negotiations.

Reports yesterday suggested that Cadbury chairman Roger Carr has met most of the company’s top 50 shareholders in London and New York to persuade them against Kraft’s offer.

Mr Carr previously said in a letter to Kraft chief executive Irene Rosenfeld “Cadbury would be absorbed into Kraft’s low growth, conglomerate business model” and that made the offer is an “unappealing prospect”.

The maker of Dairy Milk reported higher-than expected sales in October for the third quarter and it also raised its forecast for revenue this year to “around the middle” of its previous guidance of 4-6 per cent growth.

As well as Dairy Milk, Cadbury also owns the Green & Black’s chocolate brand, Halls lozenges, Trident and Dentyne gum brands and liquorice allsorts maker Bassett’s.

It spun off its drinks division as a separate business last year.

Kraft’s brands include Kenco and Maxwell House coffee, Oreo biscuits, Jacobs, Terry’s Chocolate Orange and Toblerone, as well as cheese products such as Philadelphia and Dairylea.

Billionaire Warren Buffett, one of the world’s richest men and whose investment firm Berkshire Hathaway is the biggest shareholder in Kraft, has said the Cadbury offer is unlikely to increase significantly.

History of Cadburys

Cadbury, the global leader in the chocolate confectionery market, began in 1824 when a young Quaker named John Cadbury opened up a shop in Birmingham. John sold coffee, tea, drinking chocolate and cocoa at his shop. Believing that alcohol was a main cause of poverty, John hoped his products might serve as an alternative. He also sold hops and mustard. Like many Quakers John had high quality standards for all of his products.

At that time in England, Quakers were prohibited from attending university, since it was affiliated with the established church, and their pacifist beliefs kept them from joining the military. With few opportunities available, Quakers often went into business-related fields and/or devoted their time to missions of social reform.

By 1842 John was selling 11 kinds of cocoa and 16 kinds of drinking chocolate. Soon John’s brother Benjamin joined the company to form Cadbury Brothers of Birmingham. The Cadbury brothers opened an office in London and received a Royal Warrant (one of many) as manufacturers of chocolate and cocoa to Queen Victoria in 1854. Six years later the brothers dissolved their partnership because of John’s failing health and the death of his wife. They left the business to John's sons George and Richard. John devoted the rest of his life to social work and died in 1889.

Packing room at Cadbury's Bournville factory..
George and Richard continued to expand the product line, and by 1864, they were pulling a profit. Cadbury’s Cocoa Essence, which was advertised as "absolutely pure and therefore best," was an all-natural product made with pure cocoa butter and no starchy ingredients. Cocoa Essence was the beginning of chocolate as we know it today. The brothers soon moved their manufacturing operations to a larger facility four miles south of Birmingham. The factory and area became known as Bournville.

With Cadbury’s continued success in chocolate, George and Richard stopped selling tea in 1873. Master confectioner Frederic Kinchelman was appointed to share his recipe and production secrets with Cadbury workers. This resulted in Cadbury producing chocolate covered nougats, bonbons delices, pistache, caramels, avelines and more. Cadbury manufactured its first milk chocolate in 1897. Two years later the Bournville factory employed 2,600 people and Cadbury was incorporated as a limited company.

During World War I, more than 2,000 of Cadbury’s male employees joined the Armed Forces. Cadbury supported the war effort, sending warm clothing, books and chocolate to the soldiers. Cadbury supplemented the government allowances to the dependants of their workers. When the workers returned, they were able to return to work, take educational courses, and injured or ill employees were looked after in convalescent homes. During this period trade overseas increased, and Cadbury opened its first overseas factory near Hobart, Tasmania. The next year Cadbury merged with JS Fry & Sons, a past market leader in chocolate.

Cadbury supported the war effort during World War II by converting parts of its factory into workrooms to manufacture equipment like milling machines for rifle factories and parts like pilot seats for Defiant fighter planes. Workers plowed football fields to grow crops, and the Cadbury St. John’s Ambulance unit helped people during air raids. Chocolate was considered essential for the Armed Forces and civilians. Rationing finally ended in 1949.

In 1969 Cadbury merged with Schweppes to form Cadbury Schweppes. Schweppes was a well-known British brand that manufactured carbonated mineral water and soft drinks. The merged companies would go on to acquire Sunkist, Canada Dry, Typhoo Tea and more. Schweppes Beverages was created, and the manufacture of Cadbury confectionery brands was licensed to Hershey.

Today Cadbury Schweppes is the largest confectionery company in the world, employing more than 70,000 employees. In 2006 the company had over $15 billion in overall sales. In March of 2007, Cadbury Scheweppes announced that it intends to separate its confectionery and beverage businesses. With almost 200 years in the business, Cadbury Schweppes will continue to prosper in the coming decades.
