Dispatches What's the Point of the Unions?
Left: Bob Crowe
salary £145,548.
Champagne Socialist, and 'former' Communist Bob Crowe is the leader of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT).
He has been calling for an alternative party recently to be formed on Marxist lines.
He attacks the bankers but never mentions the fact that the capitalists he despises so much, have forced wages down by bringing in boatloads of cheap immigrant labour.
He also forgets to mention the nine billion a year (soon to go up to 12), we give away in foreign aid!
Dispatches once again produce an excellent expose, this time detailing the hypocrisy of union leaders like Crowe, who earn 14 times as much as some of the lowest paid people he represents.
The documentary has predictably got under the skin of the far left, as it highlights mistreatment of union members, and bullying by union officials.
The Dispatches documentary can be viewed here (some adverts at the start).
Bob Crowe made a limp attempt to justify his salary on Hard Talk last night.

A good platform to begin a serious fightback.
The reds don't like the searchlight when it shines on them. Therefore, shine the light, expose them fully (and I mean fully) light the fuse and set off a full on public demand for a nationalist solution.
I couldn't agree more Sentinel.
That's why I have those Communist features on the right of my blog.
How many people know Nelson Mandela has sung kill the white man, with a clenched fist?
