MAN CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER AFTER WARD END FUNFAIR ATTACK

A MAN from Birmingham has been charged with attempted murder after a security guard was attacked at the funfair at Ward End Park. The man, aged 31 years, was assaulted during an incident around 19.46 on Sunday 12 September.

He suffered a gunshot wound to his back and multiple stab wounds in the assault, which police are treating as a targeted attack. It is believed between ten and fifteen young men, dressed in black and with face coverings, are responsible for the crime.

As a result of an investigation that continues, one man has been charged with attempted murder and is due to appear at Birmingham magistrates court this morning, Monday 4 October.

Surname for guidance Ahmadzai (a Pashtun tribal last name).

The Birmingham Mail reports a security guard has been stabbed and shot by 15 masked men at a fun fair in Ward End Park.

The Mail does not mention the race of the attackers, or the race of the victim.

How can the author be sure they were Muslims?

The author can be sure they were Muslims, and go a step further and say they were Pakistani Muslims.

The surrounding area exists almost exclusively of Pakistani Muslims.

The author used to live nearby and went to the same fun fair in 1994/95.

Even then the fun fair attracted up to 300 Pakistani Muslims and not much else.

The author and his friend were attacked by 10 plus Pakistani Muslims for no reason at all, except we were white, fortunately we were not stabbed and shot!

It is well know that Muslims attack in packs, this recent attack is no different as 15 men attacked one security guard!

Instead of accepting the guy was just doing his job, or arguing with him on a one to one basis, they decided to form a pack and use weapons, these people truly are inbred scum of the earth!

The Birmingham Mail reports - MASKED thugs brandishing knives and guns brought terror to a Birmingham fun fair when they attacked a security guard in front of hundreds of people.

Shocked eye-witnesses screamed in horror as the gang of up to 15 thugs barged through the throngs at Ward End Park and pounced on their 31-year-old victim.

Detectives said he received a gunshot wound to the back and multiple stab wounds. He was last night in a critical but stable condition in hospital as police stepped up their hunt for his armed balaclava-clad assailants.

Meanwhile, uniformed patrols have been stepped up in the area.

Det Insp Simon Vowles, who is leading the investigation, said: This was a sustained attack.
