Although the school board yesterday decided to ratify the rules to veto the presence of the garment and any other head covering, or precisely because of this, three friends of the girl removed from class for refusing to remove it have returned to stage their solidarity with her appearing to class with a hijab.

A ten-year-old British girl was snatched by two men who tried to rape her in Dubai. The girl was by herself in a sandy play area near where she lived with her family when she was attacked.
One of the sex fiends grabbed the youngster round the waist while the other attempted to remove her clothes. But girl managed to fight them off by kicking the men and screaming, before running away.
She was discovered by her family more than two hours later with a security guard from the complex where she lives.Bangladeshi Abdul Aziz, 27, has been charged with attempted rape and has appeared in court in Dubai. The other man is still at large. Read more
The short story in the Birmingham mail doesn't mention the race of the man who is fighting for his life, or the race of the attackers. Bearwood is a predominantly Asian (Muslim) area of Birmingham. The man and his girlfriend were attacked at a petrol station.
As the couple were attacked by a group of men it is likely the attackers were Pakistani Muslims. Anyone who has grown up in a Pakistani area will know that attacking 'in a pack' is something Pakistanis are well known for.We will have to wait to find out more.
A MAN was last night fighting for life after he was assaulted outside a Bearwood petrol station.
Detectives are investigating the incident which occurred at around 2am yesterday in Sandon Road. The man, and a woman he was with, were assaulted by a group of men.
Both were taken to hospital where the man remained in a critical condition. The woman is recovering from minor injuries. Surrounding roads were sealed off as officers made inquiries.

An Anglican church in the Windsor constituency has been accused of “handing the Devil a megaphone” after running a hustings event which included the local candidate of the far-right British National Party (BNP).
Holy Trinity Church in Sunningdale invited all six local candidate to the event yesterday evening (27 April), including the BNP's Peter Phillips. Their decision goes against the advice issued by the Church of England's Archbishops' Council, who recently urged churches not to give a platform to racist candidates.
After taking his seat on the panel, the Green Party candidate Derek Wall explained to the audience that he was disappointed that the BNP had been given a place, before walking out of the event.

Bienvenue Mbutu, a Congolese national living in Belgium, has asked the Belgian courts to ban the book, but has said he would accept a ruling that the book must display a warning about its content.
Mr Mbutu has also tried to have the book banned in France. "Tintin's little (black) helper is seen as stupid and without qualities. It makes people think that blacks have not evolved," he has been quoted as saying.
A court in Belgium, home to the book's author Hergé, is due to rule on the matter later today, the BBC reports. Read more
In 2002, racist incident forms were created that required teachers to name the alleged perpetrator and victim, and spell out what they did and how they were punished. Schools can keep these details on file.
The liberal Marxist ideology which has brought this situation about has actually created racial divisions in the classroom/playground.
The obligation on schools to report these incidents wastes teachers’ time, interferes in children’s space in the playground, and undermines teachers’ ability to deal with problems in their classrooms, states Adrian Hart of the Manifesto club, a civil liberties group.
He goes on; “Worse, such anti-racist policies can create divisions where none had existed, by turning everyday playground spats into 'race issues".

The pupil was taken out of class on a Friday afternoon and told to write an essay against "racism" as a punishment. He also apologised to his fellow pupil. When he turned up for school the following Monday, he was again placed in isolation for the whole of the morning.
The incident has been officially logged by Woodland Middle School, in Bedford, with details passed on to the local authority, under controversial Government guidelines which say that all alleged "racist incidents" have to be recorded by head teachers and councils. Read more

Enable affirmative action in higher education institutions, where there is under-representation of Black students and staff. This should start with the Russell Group of Universities.
Explain how the Social Investment Wholesale Bank (SIWB) can be utilised to support BME social enterprise and how local independent representative panels can help make decisions on where funds should be invested.
Tell people what is going on! Inform them about the Black Manifesto. Affirmative action in education and employment means discriminating against white British people. Why are we putting up with this? Have we not been kind enough already? Will they want the clothes off our backs next?

A dentist who helped to run an "empire" of dental practices in Worcestershire has gone on trial accused of taking part in a five-year campaign to defraud the NHS. Birmingham Crown Court heard that Ikhlaq Hussain, who denies two charges of conspiracy to defraud, misled patients at a practice in Droitwich into paying inflated prices.
Opening the case against Hussain, prosecutor Timothy Hannam said a second dentist, 36-year-old Jaspal Singh Bachada, of Redlake Drive, Stourbridge, had pleaded guilty in relation to events at the Droitwich surgery. Addressing jurors at the start of a six-week trial, Mr Hannam said Bachada and Hussain had bought the practice in Blackfriars Avenue, Droitwich, in March 2002. Read more

A British family who lost everything after living abroad and returned home for help have been told by Havering Council they are foreigners and entitled to nothing.
Desperate Lorraine Marsland, 52, begged to be put on the council's housing register after arriving empty-handed in the UK with grandson Dylan, 10.
The pair had just the clothes they stood up in when they landed in England in January after their home and belongings in Torrebieja, near Alicante in Spain, were repossessed by the Spanish authorities.
Since then Lorraine, a former croupier in Liverpool, and Dylan have been living in Abercrombie House hostel, in Bridgwater Road, Harold Hill, surviving on food parcels donated by the church and social services. Read more

A “GREEDY and dishonest” Midland dentist defrauded patients and the NHS over five years, a court was told.
Birmingham Crown Court heard how Ikhlaq Hussain misled patients into paying “inflated” prices and lodged fraudulent claims to the NHS body which authorises payments to dentists.
The alleged offences took place at the 38-year-old’s practice on Blackfriars Road, Droitwich, between 2002 and 2007. Hussain, of College Road, Alum Rock, denied two counts of conspiracy to defraud, as well as furnishing false information and carrying out acts intended to pervert the course of justice.
The court heard how Dr Hussain’s business partner, 36-year-old Jaspal Singh Bachada, of Redlake Drive, Stourbridge, had pleaded guilty in relation to events at the Droitwich surgery, which the pair had bought in March 2002. Read more

WO men had sex with a drunk and frightened 13-year-old girl after she and a friend were plied with alcohol at a house in Burnley, a court was told.
The teenager said Shafique Miah, 22, had sex with her upstairs before the other man went into the bedroom and did the same thing to her.
The girl, who ended up with a ‘love bite’ on her neck from the defendant, could hear her friend sobbing during the incidents in March last year, Burnley Crown Court heard.
The hearing was told how Miah was later arrested and made no comment to police. Both girls picked him out on a video identity parade.
Miah, of Brougham Street, Burnley, denies sexual activity with a child, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and two allegations of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence. Read more

A MAN attacked another new dad in a maternity unit after a fall-out over children playing, Pennine magistrates heard.
Self-employed plumber Nadeem Yasin hit Daniel Cassidy in the face in a side ward in front of the victim's horrified partner, Katie Hawke, who had given birth to their daughter just hours before, and family members.
Ms Hawke, who was awaiting discharge from Davidson ward on the Edith Watson Unit, was very distressed by the assault, which took place in the middle of the afternoon in front of children, the court was told. Read more

When it comes to gangs however Diane Abbott decides to go with the 'race is a social construct' approach. In her website article about gangs she doesn't mention the lack of positive role models for black youths. Why not? surely the high numbers of black youths who have never met, or rarely see their father, is a factor when one considers how many black youths are in gangs?
How about the black culture in Britain which glorifies violence and pokes fun at becoming a responsible adult? And how about an apology to the indigenous British for the growing number of predominantly black gangs, who have made our streets a frightening place for the average person going about their business.
No chance of that, the indigenous British do not exist according to people like Diane Abbott. If Diane Abbott wishes to be a 'champion' for black causes then she should also take some representative responsibility for the aforementioned afflictions, our society is now lumbered with.

A Bulgarian student was severely beaten and thrown on the railway tracks in Brussels, because a group of African and Asian immigrants didn't want to appear in a photo.
The student only survived the attack because some people acted quickly at the scene and pulled him up onto the platform.
The pattern in such attacks often seems to be, third world immigrants of different backgrounds, teaming up to beat and rob lone white Europeans. Another 'flash mob' incident has occurred in the U.S. This time it has happened in an area which is affluent, as well as white. The term 'flashmob' was originally meant to involve harmless pranks, and was first used in 2003.
In recent months however gangs of black youths have communicated via Internet and text to swarm places where white people are gathered (such as the plaza) and intimidate them.
The out-of-control teens who terrorized parts of the Country Club Plaza Saturday night were mostly black youths.
Stating it that factually disturbs some people, who would rather use euphemisms such as "urban" youth or some such words.
Sometimes I would agree with that; other times I wouldn't. This is one of those cases.
As experts decide what to do this weekend, they need to better understand why black youths gathered so quickly and in such numbers at Kansas City's most pleasant, historic and important shopping area.
The kids who showed up Saturday night came from schools that included -- but were not limited to -- Raytown and Westport highs, according to police. Both schools have high populations of black students.Read more
Birmingham MP Enoch Powell could still be in line for a blue plaque to honour his connection to the city.
Civic society officials are set to hammer out whether the late Tory health minister – infamous for his ‘Rivers of Blood’ speech – should be recognised. Stechford-born Powell became a contender to have a blue plaque erected in his memory in 2006 and his name still remains on the list of potential winners.
The mark of recognition is set up by the city’s civic society and a special panel decides which people are commemorated. Despite the controversial politician’s 100th anniversary of his birth looming, chairman David Clarke said a decision is yet to be made. Read more

A BLACKBURN man given the MBE for services to the community was branded a 'manipulative liar' by a judge as he was jailed for sex offences. Janaid Qureshi, 61, was sent to prison for four years after being convicted of six counts of sexual assault against a young woman. The married father-of-three, of Queen’s Road, Blackburn, was also placed on the sex offenders’ register for life.
Qureshi could even lose his MBE, awarded in 1999. People jailed for more than three months can have their honours rescinded. Qureshi was arrested in October 2008 and found guilty following a week long trial at Bolton Crown Court in February. Read more

A GROUP of friends were “listening to music and being happy” in a squat in High Wycombe when two men and a youth came armed with a knife and a tree branch “ready to do violence”, a court was told today. Jourdan Griffiths, 20, died from a single stab wound to the chest after an incident at Buckinghamshire House, White Hart Street, in June last year.
Mr Donnellan told Reading Crown Court today: “There must have been a discussion about taking such a weapon [the tree branch]." He added: “They must have known that one of them had a knife and was prepared to use it. Read more
Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva recently said about the financial crisis: "It is a crisis caused and encouraged by the irrational behaviour of white people with blue eyes," the president said, "who before the crisis appeared to know everything, but are now showing that they know nothing."
It seems that he was actually half right. The correct statement would be (going by Alan Greenspan's account); "It is a crisis caused by irrational, self loathing, white liberals, who before the crisis said it was racist that minorities are more likely to rent, but are now showing they knew nothing".
Mr. Greenspan pointed to the mandates Fannie and Freddie received in 2000 from Congress and the Clinton-era Housing and Urban Development Department to make housing more affordable to minorities and disadvantaged people by using their vast resources to purchase more sub prime mortgage securities.
As the mortgage giants started to scarf up the sub prime securities, much of which had been engineered to earn AAA ratings from credit rating agencies, that caused rapid growth in the sub prime market, he said, estimating that it burgeoned from less than 2.5 percent of the mortgage market in 2000 to encompass 40 percent of Fannie's and Freddie's mortgage portfolios by 2004. A PRINCIPAL who faces jail for handing out bogus NVQs “like confetti” continued to run her Wealdstone college years after being charged. Dr Roselle Antoine MBE, 54, was found guilty on Thursday of a string of fraud offences after dishing out worthless qualifications to foreign students who had paid up to £1,350 in fees.
Antoine, head of TCS Tutorial College, in Palmerston Road, was first charged in 2008 and initially admitted the offences before frustrating the legal process by changing her plea. Read more

The English defence league marched against the proposed Dudley mega mosque in Dudley. Although 30,000 local people have have signed a petition against the mosque, and the local council turned it down, the government has overruled the decision and said it can go ahead. Saudi money is to build the mosque, it seems our Dhmmi government has been paid off by the Wahabbi oil men.
Guramit Singh (EDL)gave a speech and said the £18,000,000 mega mosque will dominate the skyline in Dudley and is opposed by local people. He also asked why is our government ignoring the medievil practices which goes on in Muslim communities such as; genital mutilation, muslim girls being taken away for enforced marriages in Pakistan, poligamy, and the burka.

Salma Yaqoob seems to have done a complete 360 in regards to the English defence League. In August 2009 she whipped up a crowd of young Muslims at a Birmingham EDL protest by shouting "our streets, our streets" repeatedly.

She also spent much time and effort trying to persuade council leaders to ban the EDL from attending Birmingham altogether.
Her most recent blog entry however is somewhat less passionate. Following the flyer urging people to ignore the Dudley protest she simply says
"The English Defence League are planning to bring their message of racist hate and intimidation to the streets of Dudley this Saturday. It is really encouraging to see cross party and community unity in Dudley in opposition to their planned march."
It has for some time been apparent to many, that Respect is nothing more than a 'Muslim party'. With George Galloway as a founding member this should be obvious. Further evidence recently came to light via the Dispatches Undercover Mosueq documentary, which showed Respect Councilors saying things like, 'we have gained alot of power and influence in Tower Hamlets, the Muslims practically rule the borough'.
The Mosque Imans seem to have advised their young adherents to 'stay away' from these protests. It would appear Salma Yaqoob is towing the 'Islamic party line'.
