The leaders of the world have declared themselves enemies of the world. The great “climate change” conference in Copenhagen (COP15) has banned all Christmas trees, Christmas symbols, any thing pertaining to Christmas.

Christmas is a religious holiday that has no place at a United Nations function, according to the Foreign Ministry’s Svend Olling, who is the head of practical planning for the climate summit.

‘We have to remember that this is a UN conference and, as the centre then becomes UN territory, there can be no Christmas trees in the decor, because the UN wishes to maintain neutrality,’ said Olling.

in the world, if the the UN has any say in it.

So, is the world against Christianity? Is the world united against Western Civilization? Christians must not be Christian? Christians must observe no Christian tradition? Is Christian culture no longer allowed–anywhere?

Thus saith the committee.

What is it about committees that makes them attack that which they’re supposed to care for? Remember the National Collegiate Athleteic Association (NCAA) and its peremptory intrusion into Indian affairs? They decided that images, monikers, or names of American Indians must be removed from all teams, or they couldn’t play in any post-season tournaments. The American Indian image must be removed from the public view. Why would the NCAA committee want to destroy culture and tradition in this way, and commit a visual genocide, an optical holocaust against Indians? It is an ethnic cleansing on U.S. campuses.

Climate committees, sports committees, and even toy committees. The latest best seller toy is declared unsafe by critics! One of the Zhu Zhu Pets hamsters, from the St. Louis-based Cepia LLC, is said to have antimony, a potentially harmful chemical on it. Antimony, which can cause health problems, is found on the hair and nose of one of the toy hamsters, called Mr. Squiggles.

Forget it. Name a committee, and you’ve got a condemnation of something. Name a congressman, and you’ve got a string of laws, most unnecessary, and some positively laws. From concerns over tiny toys to world climate, committees exist to control things. It is the nature of a committee. Whether a local school board, or an international assembly like the United Nations, it’s all about making rules for other people to follow. It’s about controlling people.

(That must have endeared Means to his Communist AIM associates.) It’s about presuming power over those who elected, or appointed you. Of course, the thing with committees is their appointment, not their election. But, even when committees or boards are elected, they always try to shape things for their own continuity and future power.

So, who wins? Perhaps no one. Society simply passes through periods of massive power conglomeration and the inevitable revolutions and dissolutions of such. Then the cycle begins again. Everything will be re-named the next time around, so as no to bore anyone–any too much.

The fact that this cycle seems perennial seems to indicate that a good sector of society is always asleep, or, preoccupied with work. Freedom, precious as it is, requires constant vigilance. Desperate guard. Otherwise, the wees of wimpy power graspers grow–fast and furiously.

Let it be known, then, the UN is the enemy of Western Civilization. The UN should be dissolved immediately. Every western country should withdraw forthwith–especially the United States. Yes, Get Us Out.

Gordon Brown 'snubbed' on Selly Oak Hospital visit

There has been plenty been going on at Selly Oak Hospital over the past seven days. First the hospital snubbed a donation from the BNP and then Mr Brown gets the cold shoulder from the lads who have lost limbs in Afganistan. I wonder if one of the road side bombs was built by a Birmingham Muslim? Quite possible as it as been confirmed British (In the civic sense) Muslims have been fighting for the Taliban. I wonder what the war heroes would have decided if they were asked about the BNP donation?

Birmingham brothers 'fighting for Taliban'

No doubt the politicians would like to deny this from our 'hard working established immigrant communities'. The proven truth is the majority of Muslims in Britain hate our country, our history, and our very blood. They will not stop until Britain becomes a Muslim state. Director of 'Operation Black Vote' joins the EHRC

Surprise surprise! Jesse Jackson supports operation black vote. What British politics have to do with him i don't know.

Operation black vote non partisan? Isn't that a contradiction in terms? Apologies for stating the obvious but isn't the whole idea of o.b.v a racist concept in the first place?

NEW COMMISSIONER at the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) Simon Woolley has vowed to put race equality back on the agenda.

Woolley, who is expected to co-share special responsibility for the race portfolio, told the Voice: “We’ve got to put equality - and particularly race equality - back on the political agenda in a positive way… I want to be a driver for the politics of equality, particularly race equality.”

Woolley, director of non-partisan pressure group Operation Black Vote (OBV), said he wanted to ensure that black communities have greater faith in the EHRC.

The public body was set up to ensure greater equality in areas such as age, disability, gender, race/religion and sexual orientation.

“I want to be at the forefront of – if you like – re-building bridges to the black communities, to get them to help this body work how it should,” Woolley continued.

He said the black community does not have the luxury to give up hope with cases such as rising attempts by the British National Party (BNP) to hijack the political agenda.

“We (also) have gross inequalities of opportunity, (so) I think it’s our community’s role to redouble our efforts to put our institutions right and to give hope to our community.”

Woolley said he hopes to “widen debate” and vowed he would not get caught up in the much publicised row over the leadership of EHRC head, Trevor Phillips.

“I will not get sucked into personality politics… This body is not about Trevor Phillips or Simon Woolley, it’s really about how communities engage with it.”

Woolley added: “Clearly, there are still choppy waters ahead. But I have never shied away from a difficult challenge. If we can get this body to work, we all benefit.”

Woolley, who founded OBV 13 years ago, added: “I hope to be part of a team that will put some dynamic ideas forward. If we guide local government and national government to produce policies that give our communities a chance to excel, we will all see the benefit.”

News on the strange decision by West midlands police not to pursue prosecutions after 400 postal votes were rejected in a recent Spark Brook Bi election. Needless to say Respect won.

Labour’s deputy leader Ian Ward admitted he was “surprised” by the news, while Respect Party leader Salma Yaqoob described it as “very odd”.

“This doesn’t help us get to the bottom of why 400 votes were rejected because they didn’t have correct signatures or the right date of birth. That still needs some explaining” said Cllr Ward.

Clr Yaqoob who has delivered a cross-party consensus against postal voting in the city commented: “The system can’t be trusted if 400 votes are rejected at a local election.

“What this doesn’t do is address the hidden fraud, where people’s votes are being taken by family members overseeing them, and telling them who to vote for.

“People should only be allowed to have a postal vote for special reasons – for example if they are severely disabled. Everyone else should be able to vote in a secret ballot.”

Birmingham Liberal Democrat MP John Hemming said: “I’ve offered to help the police with these kind of things because they don’t seem to be very good at investigating them, but they haven’t taken me up on my offer”.

Shokat Ali won the seat for Respect, with Labour's Mohammed Azim second.

Respect declare war on BNP

Salma Yaqoob has written a statement regarding the general election which is featured on the Socialist Unity blog. The Respect party leader talks as if they are not a stealth Muslim party. They may have white support from the far left at present, but who could honestly say they care about anyone, or anything, apart from furthering the cause, and power, of Muslims in Britain. Note the admittance of (Respect) not standing in Barking Dagenham just to limit the BNP's chances. I believe this speaks volumes about the left. More than happy to put their values to one side, in order to affect the outcome of a free and fair election. How many Muslim countries have those Salma?

We are also in favour of the maximum possible unity against the BNP. Nick Griffin has announced he is standing in Barking and Dagenham. His election to the European parliament was an historic breakthrough for British fascism. But it would be nothing in comparison to a BNP MP. Hard choices have to be made. There is absolutely no prospect of a candidate to the left of Labour winning this seat, and any such candidate could only split the anti-BNP vote. Respect will therefore not consider standing in Barking and Dagenham, and call on other left wing parties to do likewise. We are well aware of the way in which New Labour have created the conditions for the BNP to grow, and equally aware that Labour’s candidate, Margaret Hodge, is one of the least palatable New Labour MPs. Nonetheless we call for a vote for the Labour candidate as the only practical way of defeating the BNP.

Birmingham tax payers 'taken to the cleaners' (again)

GOVERNMENT cash designed to combat home-grown terrorism is being used to fund DRESSMAKING classes for African refugees.

More than £2 million in grants has been awarded to various community groups by Birmingham City Council through the Preventing Violent Extremism Pathfinder fund.

The cash has gone to mainly ethnic minority organisations who have to show they can help reduce the chance of members becoming radicalised.

But £30,000 has been given to a Digbeth-based group called Windows for Sudan, which runs activity classes for female African refugees – including dressmaking.

Last night, Birmingham Perry Barr MP Khalid Mahmood attacked the funding.

He said: “This is not what this money is supposed to be used for – helping women to make dresses in Digbeth is not going to prevent violent extremism.

“We should be finding out from the communities what is driving young men into the hands of groups that promote violence.

“The allocation of these funds definitely needs to be looked at more closely.

“It is just another example of money being wasted in Birmingham.’’

Windows for Sudan defended the scheme, claiming the cash was spent on working with women who had fled horrific violence in Africa.

“Our community is very mixed,” an organiser said. “We try to pass on the message that the community should be together and a message of tolerance.

“We tell people that they should not be joining groups that promote violence.

“Many of the women we deal with have witnessed torture and violence in their home country.

“We want to give them some peace. The activities and programmes we run can do this.”

Birmingham City Council also defended the spending, stating the group had met all the necessary criteria.

A spokesman said: “The process requires applicants to complete an application form which includes what the project entails, why it is necessary, what exactly will be delivered and when, with costings and outcomes.

“Each application is considered by an assessment panel that includes community members.

“Their recommendations are then considered by the multi-agency Preventing Violent Extremism Steering Group who make the final decision as to who receives funding.

“Windows For Sudan has gone through this open and transparent process.

“Successful applicants are required to sign a service level agreement which states they will attend monthly performance meetings where their activities are scrutinised, therefore evidencing a robust governance and accountable structure.”

The row comes just days after Conservative leader David Cameron challenged Prime Minister Gordon Brown over two schools run by the Islamic Shakhsiyah Foundation.

Mr Cameron claimed the Government had given £113,000 – partly through the Pathfinder fund – to the schools, which he alleged had links to militant group Hizb ut Tahrir.

But his claims were fiercely rebutted by Education Secretary Ed Balls, who said the money was to fund free nursery places for three and four-year-olds.

Ofsted had looked into both schools after the Hizb ut Tahrir allegations were initially made and established that the claims against them were “unfounded”, Mr Balls added.
