Recent Licensing - Prosecutions in Birmingham. Every single taxi offence is by South Asians, mostly Pakistanis

Habib was caught in possession of two diaries which had details of top al Qaeda operatives written in invisible ink - described in court as a terrorist's contact book. Daily Mail



The information below illustrates how habitually dishonest and corrupt the Asian community in Birmingham (especially the Pakistani community) is.

And these people are becoming councillors in the city of Birmingham!

Pleaded guilty at Birmingham Crown Court to 10 counts; 1 of using an instrument, namely a Pakistani passport, in the name of Abdul Ghaffar which he knew to be false, with the intention of inducing Barclays Bank to accept it as genuine and open a bank account in the false identity of Abdul Ghaffar; 6 counts of obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception, namely the opportunity to earn remuneration as a licensed private hire driver, by means of an application to Birmingham City Countil for a private hire drivers licence in the name of Abdul Ghaffar; 2 (1) of dishonestly making a false representation to Premium First, namely that he was Abdul Ghaffar with the intention of making a gain for himself or exposing another to a risk or loss by entering into a credit agreement, (2) making a gain for himself by making a false representation to Birmingham City Council, namely that particulars on an application form were correct and thereby obtaining a private hire drivers lience in the name of Abdul Ghaffar; and 1 offence of having in his possession an identity document, namely a UK driving licence in the name of Abdul Ghaffar that was improperly obtained. Sentenced on 7th August 2009.

Pleaded guilty on 14th December 2009 at Birmingham Magistrates Court to 7 offences of carrying on an establishment for massage and special treatments at Liberty’s, 34-40 Summerhill Road, Birmingham, in contravention of a number of conditions of her licence; namely by failing to maintain a record of employees administering treatments which was available for inspection, failing to maintain a daily register of the start and finish times of those employees, she was not on the premises and therefore in charge nor was she contactable by officers carrying out an inspection. Business cards advertising the premises contained inappropriate images and employees were inappropriately dressed. She failed to notify the council of a change to the list of persons administering treatments by completing and submitting the prescribed document within 7 days. Originally listed for trial
